The Vue de monde restaurant group comprises our award winning, 3 Hat, fine dining restaurant – Vue de monde; Bistro Vue, which was recently awarded its second Chefs Hat; and Café Vue at five locations: Little Collins Street, 401 St Kilda Road, The Heide Museum of Modern Art, and Melbourne Airport-International and Domestic Terminals.
