We are as keen as mustard truffle to be presenting our annual dinner in celebration of the Truffle Melbourne Festival. Held in the glorious Darwin and Lady Nelson rooms, 100 special guests will dine on a 5 course degustation menu with wine match.
Vue de monde culinarian Joachim Lim is joined by international guest chef Curtis Duffy from serial-awarded Chicago restaurant, Grace, with the pair looking to create much magic.
With Duffy's eye for creating sharp, seasonal produce with bursts of colour, the man is a genuine artist when presenting his fare on the plate.
Truffles are both one of his, and our own chefs' favourite fungi, and will be presented to you in all manner of avant-garde and beguiling ways.
