From the early beginnings, well before prohibition, to beyond the relaxed martini swilling days of the 1950’s join us as we explore the history and story of five key cocktails. Held every Friday night in August we open the bar for drinks at 6.30pm and start serving the cocktails and food at 7pm. Reservations are essential on 03 9691 3899.
